These are ergonomic and highly functional machines that are capable of producing large amounts of soft serve ice-cream on a constant basis. This means that during those summer rushes even the largest service stations and beach front parlours will have no problem keeping up with demand.
Their capacity runs from 32 kg/hr to 70 kg/hr and with either gravity or gear pump serving systems. Different models also feature Gel Matic’s In.Co.Di.S. electronic control for easy, and also remote, programming and monitoring.
The H Series specialises in the production of soft serve, express gelato, frozen yogurt and frozen patisserie desserts. The added benefit of the largest machines lies in their ability to simultaneously serve two flavours (and a mix of both).
